TRACS Service Interruption Notification

On August 21, 2023, the TRACS system experienced a service interruption. 

TRACS users may be affected by delayed processing of tenant certifications and vouchers. 

We apologize for any inconvenience.  

Our team is working with HUD’s Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to restore the infrastructure service.
