New Section 8 Contract Renewal Forms

Recently, HUD posted new Section 8 renewal forms to HUDClips: RHIIP Listserv Posting #315  – Multifamily Housing Section 8 Renewal Forms – Update.  You may have noticed that these forms are not fillable.  HUD is currently working on upgrading these forms so they will be fillable, and expects them to be up on HUDClips soon.  Until then, you do need to use the new forms posted on HUDClips, even though they are not fillable.
