Jeanine Buonocore, AHM

Director of Finance, PMCS

Jeanine Buonocore is responsible for managing PMCS’ finance and accounting systems, overseeing staffing, marketing, human resources and the daily operations of the company; reporting directly to Tracy Newman. Jeanine has over thirty years of bookkeeping, accounting and management experience.

Jeanine has been employed as a senior accountant and controller for several local and national corporations. She is a detail-oriented individual who specializes in managing small businesses for maximum efficiency and profitability. Jeanine has been Director of Finance for PMCS for seventeen years and treats clients and staff as “part of the family”. Her unpretentious demeanor helps staff and clients feel at ease as they work together to find cost-efficient and timely solutions to their financial and Affordable Housing industry specific dilemmas.

Jeanine is a graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a graduate of Central City Business Institute with an Associates degree in Accounting. She furthered her accounting studies during her tenure at a local property management company in the late 1990’s.
