Brett Wise Named Multifamily Northeast Region Director

On February 6, Brett Wise, the new Multifamily Northeast Region Director, sent out the following email introducing himself.

Dear Multifamily Partners,

I just wanted to send a quick note to introduce myself as the new Director for HUD’s Multifamily Northeast Region as of November 11, 2018. Some of you may know me from my time as Multifamily’s Northeast Operations Officer or while I was serving as the interim director for the region. I couldn’t be more excited to be working with all of you, our invaluable stakeholders. Together with the tremendous staff of the Northeast Region, we’ll all continue to fulfill our vital mission of strengthening the multifamily housing market and providing affordable housing to those in need.

I also wanted to make sure you received the attached memos from Multifamily Deputy Assistant Secretary Lamar Seats regarding the resumption of Multifamily Production and Asset Management activities.

I look forward to meeting many of you in the weeks and months ahead. In the meantime, if I can be of any assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Respectfully,

Brett W. Wise
