HUD REAC TAC Phone System Outages

The telephone system for HUD’s REAC TAC Support is being upgraded from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm EST on Friday, December 13^th and Friday, December 20^th. Brief, sudden outages in regular phone service and voice mail are anticipated during these two time periods. Should you need support during that time, you may experience a busy signal or if you get through to an agent, may be disconnected without warning. The outages should last no longer than five minutes. If you are unable to get through or you are disconnected, wait a few minutes and try again.
