Recently, the Office of Multifamily Housing published a notice regarding the exclusion of temporary employment payments received from the U.S. Census Bureau from annual income.

This Notice applies to administrators of the following programs:

• Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA)
  • New Construction
  • State Agency Financed
  • Substantial Rehabilitation
  • Section 202/8
  • Rural Housing Services Section 515/8
  • Loan Management Set-Aside (LMSA)
  • Property Disposition Set-Aside (PDSA)
• Section 202/162 Project Assistance Contract (PAC)
