Tenant Selection Plan
The HUD 4350.3 REV-1 Change 4 Handbook requires that all sites have a written Tenant Selection Plan, outlining the site’s admission policies and procedures. Let PMCS prepare your Tenant Selection Plan to avoid potential costly discrimination lawsuits and to ensure that your site is in compliance with HUD guidelines.
- During a phone consultation, a PMCS trainer/consultant will walk you through our HUD compliant TSP and assist you with choosing the options that fit your property’s needs and HUD’s requirements for your program/subsidy type (Section 8, PRAC or 236).
- PMCS will ensure that your plan includes all required items, as well as those HUD (and PMCS) recommend, such as: eligibility requirements, criminal selection criteria, verification procedures, transfer policies, and the Student Rule.
- A copy of your Tenant Selection Plan must be provided to applicants, tenants and the general public upon request. Feel confident knowing that every step has been taken to ensure that tenants are selected for occupancy in accordance with HUD-4350.3 requirements and established management policies, by presenting a professionally prepared plan.
Our services are performed by our AHM/COS/TaCCs certified staff, which includes leading industry trainers, all of whom have thorough knowledge of HUD, TRACS, occupancy issues, the 4350.3 Handbook and contract administration.
Ensure that your Tenant Selection Plan will be up to date and meet all of HUD’s requirements.
