Residual Receipts FAQ
Through a letter dated October 2, 2012, HUD released Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding Housing Notice H-2012-14. The FAQs provide guidance regarding the use of Residual Receipts to fund vouchers for specific program types. This does not apply to your property if it is part of the LMSA, PDSA, PRAC or PAC programs. View the FAQs from HUD just issued and the Original Housing Notice H-2012-14, which was issued August 3, 2012.
