- Process tenant 50059 certifications
- Transmit your tenant certifications and vouchers electronically to TRACS
- Provide 120, 90, and 60-day Recertification Reminder Notices and Rent Change Letters
- Provide Initial Notices at Move-In and Annual Recertification
- Monitor your compliance percent to make sure it is at 90% or above
- Reconcile your monthly voucher with HUD or your Contract Administrator
- Review all TRACS error messages; correct them or request information needed for resolution

- Compliance document review, to be sure calculations are correct
- Complete certification package review, to be sure all forms are correctly completed
- Electronic Excess Income Reports (EIRs) for Section 236 sites
- EIV Income Reports, required by HUD for all recertifications as of January 31, 2010

- Resident receivables and monthly reporting
- HAP receivables and subsidy recovery if needed
