The State of PBCAs

Marie Head, Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of Multifamily Housing Programs released a letter on January 23 about the PBCA NOFA. The NOFA is still in clearance, which means that the document is being reviewed for final publication and must be cleared by several different departments. It will be in clearance until at least mid-February. The current ACC contracts with the 11 states that began on October 1, 2011 will expire September 30, 2013 since they were two-year terms.
